Dr. Rebecca Munson is Associate Professor and Chair for Government & Public Policy at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Within the School of Government, she oversees the doctoral program in public policy and teaches a range of courses on international relations, human rights, and research methods. Prior to Liberty, Dr. Munson taught at George Mason University and the University of Colorado. Her research is on U.S. foreign policy and human rights and she regularly contributes to IRD’s journal of foreign policy and statecraft, Providence.
