In October 2023, Simone Rizkallah helped launch the Coalition of Catholics Against Antisemitism (CCAA). Now advancing its mission at the Institute on Religion and Democracy, the Coalition works to strengthen Catholic–Jewish solidarity, confront antisemitism wherever it appears, and foster principled solidarity with persecuted communities around the world.

A first-generation American of Egyptian-Armenian descent, Simone describes herself as a “cultural gypsy” Western-born and educated, yet deeply formed by an Eastern ethnic and spiritual inheritance.

She holds a graduate degree in Theological Studies from Christendom College. Her talks, publications, and the Beyond Rome podcast can be found at simonerizkallah.com.
