Doughnut Day with the Salvation Army

Join the IRD and the Salvation Army as we celebrate their role in popularizing the Doughnut. We will have a fun reception, with doughnuts and a lecture from Dr. Caleb Louden of the Salvation Army. He will give a presentation on the Salvation Army and the wartime service of the Donut Girls. We will also have historic artifacts on display related to the history of the Donut Girls. The reception will start at 6:00 PM and the talk will start at 6:30 PM. Join us to learn about this interesting part of history!
